Gift boxes: Gastronomy
The Epona restaurant offers a vast space extending the entire length of the building, with a stone floor, exposed beams and brown and white leather furnishings. At its centre rectilinear benches give structure, while the strings of biscuit porcelain applique lamps with their uniquely shaped lampshades, are reminiscent of the headdress worn by the 'Hospitalières', those women who worked of old in the hospice.
As for the kitchen, chef Mathieu Charrois has chosen a contemporary cuisine featuring shared dishes, with a special mention for the K'nelle, a present-day version of the famous quenelle with Nantua sauce, well known to the locals.
